Caroline is a real estate paralegal for RPLG with over 15 years of legal experience in both real estate and corporate law. She is universally appreciated by clients for her efficient, organized, responsive and thoughtful service. Caroline supports the RPLG legal team in all aspects of commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and financings including the drafting, review and interpretation of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, title review, leases, loan documents, transactional documents, and various ancillary agreements. Caroline has been a crucial part of the team in closings of multi-million dollar transactions, including financing purchases, sales, lease acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition to her real estate knowledge, Caroline has a solid corporate law background, and prepares, files and searches UCCs, forms and maintains entities, and assists with the process of obtaining state and local business licenses and liquor licenses.
